This is where you will choose companies to partner with. You must complete this step before moving on to the next part.
In the internet marketing world, this is called "affiliate marketing". Don't be worried if you don't know anything about marketing--you don't need to! An "affiliate" is just another word for partner. When you partner with a company to write ads for them, you are "affiliating" with them.
When you signed up for ClickBank in the last step, you automatically became eligible to partner with thousands of websites. These are companies or individuals who need you to write ads for them to promote their products and services. You can work with any of them and they will not turn you down.
In order to find companies to partner with, we will look at the ClickBank marketplace:

I would suggest starting with a category that you think you might be interested in. For this example, we'll take a look at the "Home & Family" category. Most people can relate to this category, because they have a home and a family in one form or another. You can start with ANY category, but this will be our example...
Within the category, you will see several sub-categories and a listing of top-selling products.
Important Note: It is important to partner with some of the best-selling products, but also it is very important to partner with some new products which do not appear on any of the top-seller lists. You can find new products by clicking the "New Products" link, which you will find among the sub-categories.
For now, we will start by finding ONE company to partner with. After you have learned the process, you can repeat it as often as you want and partner with as many companies as you want. You can usually make more money by partnering with many companies!
Let's select a sub-category, to continue our search for a company to partner with. For our example, I will select the "Students & School" sub-category, from within the "Home & Family" category...
If you see a product that you are interested in writing ads for, you will probably want to view the company's website to see if you would like to partner with them. To view the website for any product, simply click the link.
Once you find a company you would like to promote, simply click where it says [earn XX%]. This will open a window where you will get your affiliate link (ClickBank calls it a "hoplink"). The percentage (%) indicated the percent of each transaction that they are willing to pay you. I would suggest starting with a company that pays 40% or higher commission.
After you enter your ClickBank nickname and click "submit", it will show you the affiliate link (hoplink) that you will need to use, so that you can get paid for the ads you write. Copy down the hoplink. To make it easy, you can use your mouse or keyboard to copy and paste it into a text editor such as MS Notepad, or Word. That way, you will have the link readily available to copy and paste when you need it. To copy it, highlight the text with your mouse and do a Control-C. Then to paste it, do a Control-V.
Again, here are the steps to choose a company to partner with...
Go to the Clickbank Marketplace
Click on a category that you're interested in.
Click a sub-category.
View the products listed in the sub-category, and choose one to partner with.
Click the [earn XX%] to partner with the company.
Enter your ClickBank nickname to generate your hoplink.
Copy down the hoplink so you can use it later.
