As lightening bolts through my tender being, the pain seared my bleeding wounds to the core of me, yet you held me and I felt safe. The skies darkened when you drifted away, out of sight, the cold wind sent shivers along my spine. Your love encompassed my soul, warming me, warring with my demons, until peace descended into my soul. It rained heavily around and about. the clouds poured forth their venom upon my head, scalding my skin, and then you came and took my hand and I was in pain no more. A terror enveloped my spirit, as if a thousand ire fuelled demons cascaded their rancour unto me from the skies. Yet your spirit encased me in its heavenly love and I was safe from hell. Loved am I by you, above and beyond all things. With whom do you wile away your moments when away. A friend filled with loathing for one more fortuned by fate. And you did her bidding. Unseen the object of her wrath suffered much at your cursing of her. And then you would come to me, bringing all bliss and happiness with you. Questioning why I suffered so much, and despairing looked, I could only smile and utter words of woe at our time apart. He who brings the entire fortunes of the heaven into my world, belongs also to another. Thus you are my salvation and unwittingly the bearer of all my suffering. Should I love for I cannot loathe. If destiny determines that I in pain spend my days, then rather I would suffer at the hands of he who breathe's life into my soul and spirit. Rate This Entry!
